All sales are final once plants have been shipped. We do our best to package the plants to ensure they will arrive in good condition. If plants arrive damaged or in poor health, you have a 24-hour window after arrival day and time to share any complaints. Please send us a message with photos of the plant of concern. If plant is damaged beyond survivability, we will reimburse for that plant only and not the whole order.
